I have been riding motorbikes since the age of 7. I Started off on a 50cc quad. After a year I went to a 50cc bike which I raced at Cotswold Motocross Club regularly finishing in the top 6. After 2 seasons on an auto I went to a KTM 65cc for 2 seasons also racing at Cotswold Motocross Club. During this time I found injuries becoming a regular occurrence so I decided to try a few youth enduros and found I took to them really well coming 2nd in my first ever enduro. During the next season I concentrated on enduros, riding a small wheel Honda 150. I didn't know how I would take to the new 150 being a 4 stroke but found it really comfortable to ride especially at enduros as they're 1.5 hour races. In the first season I won most races which meant I took the overall I.O.P.D British Youth Enduro Championship in 2007. The next season wasn't so successful coming in 2nd place. |
